what is a good model for a pda phone?

I am looking into buying a pda phone. What are some of your recomondations? I was thinking the hpipaq 6315, but I read some reviews that the phone was not really good on that one.

3. The O2 XDA ATOM because it have everything from a 2 megapixel camera with flash to wifi.
4. imate or qtek (same model) is great. I have a qtek 9000 and it is more of a mini PC with a phone, then a pda phone. The only fag would be it's size or weight. But as an image is worth a million words, check it out for yourself. I am delighted with the phone, word, excel, all my pics on a sd card, a full length movie on the sd card, various references as dictionnaries or encyclopedias that I purchased via the net..etc etc..they even have a firewall and antivirus from the guys at f-secure...and yes I forgot, it has full bluetooth, wifi, internet explorer and muuch mooore.... enjoy shopping..!!
