if so how ??? * we only have cell phones, no land line service. I use a HTC 8525 phone and have a HP 4 in 1 printer/fax/copier/scanner.

As long as you can send/receive faxes from your pda cell phone you can sign up with an Internet fax service. A fax will be sent from your email and will be delivered to your recipient's fax machine.
