Does anyone know how to put music, wallpaper, and photos on cect A380I pda/cell phone?

I just bought this cell phone and the instruction manual is a little confusing. It really doesn't go into detail in terms of how to operate the phone properly. It doesn't tell you how to put your music, photos, nor wallpaper on the phone. Could someone help me if you have this phone. Thanks a bunch.
